"一带一路"背景下基于货物作业方式的铁路口岸站布局优化研究
Study on Optimization of Cargo Operation Mode of Railway Border Station under Background of"Belt and Road"
摘要
Abstract
As an important node of the import and export transport of goods,railway border stations should undertake frontier inspection,inspection and quarantine,customs,import cargo reloading,export cargo transport organization,etc..Therefore,whether its operation mode is reasonable or not has a great influence on the transportation efficiency of import and export goods.With the orderly implementation of the"Belt and Road"initiative,China's foreign trade has ushered in a new situation,and new development requirements have been put forward for railway border stations.However,there are many problems in the existing large-scale railway border stations in our country,which become the bottleneck in the process of import and export goods transportation.To this end,this paper first explained the modes of cargo operation and the existing problems at the existing railway border stations and then analyzed the development trend of the railway border stations under the background of"Belt and Road".On this basis,the paper put forward the optimization measures of the cargo operation mode to guide the layout of the new railway border station.Finally,an example analysis was conducted on a newly built railway border station between China and Mongolia,providing a reference for the construction of future border stations.关键词
