基于铁路95306货运制票系统的作业流程优化探讨
Research on Operation Process Optimization of Freight Billing System Based on China Railway 95306
摘要
Abstract
China's railway freight bill filling has experienced a development process from manual filling to computer making,and the freight billing system has evolved from a stand-alone version to web page version.By expounding on the present situation of railway freight billing,analyzing the problems existing in the existing billing mode,such as tedious system upgrade and unsuitable centralized handling of some functions,the changes of China Railway 95306 freight billing system were analyzed,as well as the optimization and reengineering of the operation process.Moreover,this paper put forward some optimization countermeasures of the operation process,such as perfecting the information transmission mechanism,introducing AI-based automatic billing review,establishing a waybill big data system,enhancing transportation safety and reliability,and improving customer service experience,which are helpful to establish a more scientific,effective,efficient,and convenient operation order.It can also improve the accuracy and operation efficiency of railway freight billing and lay a solid foundation for the development of railway modern logistics.关键词
