Scheme Design and Optimization of 95306 Dedicated Line Operation Module

Abstract
Dedicated railway lines are an important vehicle for railway transport enterprises to provide railway transport services to society.They are a crucial means to promote the integrated development of transportation and logistics and to leverage the railway's backbone role in the comprehensive transport system.This article,based on the operational management requirements for dedicated railway lines stipulated by China State Railway Group Co.,Ltd.,studied the construction objectives,overall architecture,technical architecture,network architecture,and data architecture of the 95306 dedicated line operation module.It designed and explained the functions of dedicated line operation services and management,as well as the practical results.Based on the needs of both the railway administration and the enterprise,optimization suggestions for dedicated line operation services were proposed,including developing a mutual information exchange function for cargo tracking and transportation production organization between the railway and the enterprise,optimizing freight car measurement,inspection,and handover procedures between the railway and the enterprise,improving the evaluation system for dedicated line logistics service quality,and exploring a mechanism to offset parking time and extended occupation on dedicated lines.关键词
