摘要
Abstract
With the rapid development of 6G technology,the space-air-ground integrated information network has become the key to achieving global seamless coverage.This paper focuses on the modulation technologies in the 6G space-air-ground integrated network and carries out patent analysis.It mainly studies the patent application trends,technical hotspots and competitive landscape of five modulation technologies,namely Cyclic Prefix(CP)/Discrete Fourier Transform(DFT)-extended Orthogonal Frequency Division Mul-tiplexing(OFDM),filter-bank-based/multiband-filter-based OFDM,Orthogonal Chirp Division Multiplexing(OCDM),Orthogonal Time Frequency and Space(OTFS)and Affine Frequency Division Multiplexing(AFDM).The research results show that,after 2020,the number of patent applications for 6G modulation technologies increased sharply.China occupies a dominant position in the number of patents.AFDM,with its excellent performance in high dynamic channels,has become a strong candidate for future 6G standards.In addition,this paper also reveals the technical gaps in the patent field,which provides strategic references for follow-up research and development and patent layout.关键词
