镁渣余热回收罐床层内气固换热过程数值模拟
Numerical simulation of gas-solid heat transfer within the bed layer of magnesium slag waste heat recovery tank

Abstract
To investigate the thermal recovery efficiency of the magnesium slag waste heat recovery tank,a gas-solid heat transfer model within the bed was developed based on the local non-equilibrium dual-energy equation for porous media,and numerical simulations of the gas-solid heat exchange process were conducted using the finite difference method.A coupled gas-phase-solid-phase dual-tem-perature field model for the porous media region was established to analyze the effects of cooling section height,gas flow rate,solid movement speed,gas inlet temperature,solid inlet temperature,and porosity on the heat tranfer.The results show that as the cooling section height increases,the exergy loss of gas-solid heat transfer gradually decreases,while the exergy efficiency progressively improves.When the in-let temperatures of gas and solid increase,the outlet temperatures of gas and solid,the heat at the gas outlet,and the exergy loss of gas-solid heat transfer all increase.The exergy efficiency,however,re-mains basically unchanged at approximately 24%.As the gas flow rate decreases and the solid move-ment speed increases,the outlet temperatures of gas and solid,as well as the exergy loss of gas-solid heat transfer all rise,while the exergy efficiency decreases.As the porosity of the bed increases,both the exergy loss and exergy efficiency significantly decrease.When the porosity increases from 0.31 to 0.525,the exergy loss of gas-solid heat transfer decreases from 112 kJ/kg to 37 kJ/kg,and the exergy efficiency decreases from 24%to 7%.These findings provide a reference for optimizing the gas-solid heat transfer process parameters within the magnesium slag waste heat recovery tank.关键词
