摘要

Abstract

In-situ pyrolysis of tar-rich coal,as an emerging,clean,efficient,and safe technology for coal resource utilization,has broken through the high-energy-consumption model of traditional coal mining and surface processing,enabling efficient extraction and resource utilization of oil and gas products,which significantly contributes to the"Dual Carbon"goals.To examine the effects of various factors on tar-rich coal during the in-situ pyrolysis process with nitrogen injection convection heating and conduc-tion heating,a numerical model of the physical field for in-situ pyrolysis of tar-rich coal was constructed using Comsol software.The study explored the influence law of nitrogen flow rate and temperature,well spacing,well arrangement,and the number of fractures on the physical field of in-situ pyrolysis of tar-rich coal.The results indicate that after 36 months of heating,the pyrolysis effect of the coal seam is optimal when the nitrogen outlet flow rate is 0.50 m/s and the temperature is 600 ℃.Increasing the number of production wells and reducing the distance between injection and production wells can sig-nificantly enhance the average temperature of the coal seam,expand the proportion of effective heating area,and improve energy utilization efficiency,although the heating effect of the coal seam is almost unaffected by the position of the production wells.The arrangement of three horizontal fractures meets the requirements of the coal seam on pyrolysis degree,achieving a 100%effective heating area.These findings provide a theoretical basis for the research on in-situ pyrolysis of tar-rich coal with nitrogen in-jection underground.
