Abstract
Objective To investigate the application effect of posture positioning charts in patients undergoing gastroin-testinal endoscopy,aiming to provide references for standardized and efficient positioning of patients.Methods A convenience sampling method was used to select 200 patients who underwent gastrointestinal endoscopy at the Digestive Endoscopy Center of a tertiary hospital in Guangzhou from September 23 to 28,2023.The patients were divided into an experimental group and a control group using a random number table,with 100 cases in each group.During positioning,the experimental group received guidance combining posture charts with verbal instructions,while the control group received verbal instructions only.Data were collected u-sing a self-designed posture positioning data registration form.Results Both groups completed the positioning process successful-ly.The number of patients fully cooperating in the experimental group was 71,compared to 54 in the control group,showing a statistically significant difference(Z2=6.165,P＜0.05).The posture positioning compliance score in the experimental group was 14.00(13.00,15.00)points,while in the control group it was 13.00(12.00,14.00)points,with a statistically signifi-cant difference(Z=-4.944,P＜0.001).The posture positioning time in the experimental group was 29.00(24.00,32.00)seconds,compared to 48.00(38.00,56.00)seconds in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(Z=-10.751,P＜0.001).The examination comfort rates in the experimental and control groups were 92.00％and 89.00％,respectively,showing no statistically significant difference(Z2=0.523,P=0.469).The total examination time in the experi-mental and control groups was 1,691 and 2,114 minutes,respectively,with average examination times per patient of 16.91±0.91 minutes and 20.14±1.68 minutes,showing a statistically significant difference(t=-16.906,P＜0.001).Conclusion The use of posture positioning charts improved patient cooperation and compliance in posture positioning,shortened positioning time,and holds significant importance for enhancing the quality of clinical medical services.关键词
