基于多层次的医用耗材供应链管理模式的构建与应用

摘要
Abstract
Currently,an increasing number of public hospitals are adopting the SPD(Supply,Processing,and Distribu-tion)management model for medical consumables.However,the effectiveness of implementation varies widely among different hospitals,and common issues persist,such as ambiguous responsibilities among multiple stakeholders,inadequate institutional frameworks,and insufficient utilization of data.Through literature review and inductive analysis,this study establishes a multi-layered supply chain management model for medical consumables,comprising the foundational layer,technological layer,logistics layer,and visualization layer.The model was applied to Hospital J.The results demonstrate that this model effectively clarifies the management pathway of medical consumables across the entire supply chain,offering advantages such as clear hierarchical structure,well-defined responsibilities,cost reduction,efficiency improvement,and support for intelligent transformation.关键词
