水套式固态储氢反应器吸/放氢性能试验研究
Experimental research on hydrogen absorption/desorption properties of water-jacketed solid-state hydrogen storage reactor

Abstract
To analyze the hydrogen absorption/desorption performance of the water-jacketed solid-state hydrogen storage reactor and reduce heat exchange power consumption,the effects of initial temperature,heat exchange temperature,and heat exchange flow rate on hydrogen absorption/desorption performance were experimentally investigated.The radial and axial temperature distribution patterns and their dynamic evolution process within the reaction bed were detailed analyzed.The results show that when the initial temperatures are 20,30,and 40℃,the hydrogen absorption times are 31,34,37 min for 200 g,and 2 h 44 min,2 h 56 min,and 2 h 57 min for 400 g,respectively.Heat exchange temperature negatively correlates with hydrogen absorption rate but positively correlates with desorption rate.As the heat exchange temperature increases from 5℃to 10℃,the time required to absorbing 400 g of hydrogen increases by 20.5%.It is recommended that the hydrogen absorption heat exchange temperature of the device be 5℃.Heat exchange flow rate positively correlates both absorption and desorption rates,but its effect is less significant than that of heat exchange temperature.The closer the reactor is to the lower part in the axial direction and to the inner wall in the radial direction,the better the heat transfer performance and the faster the hydrogen absorption/release reaction rate.During hydrogen desorption process,the central region of the reaction bed maintains the lowest temperature-2℃for extended periods,indicating the need for enhanced internal heat exchange structures to enhance the central heat exchange and increase the reaction rate.This study can provide a reference for the selection of heat exchange parameters and the design and optimization of internal heat exchange structures in solid-state hydrogen storage devices.关键词
