高压Ⅳ型储氢瓶快速注氢工况下瓶口密封界面多场耦合变形机理及参数优化研究
Study on multi-field coupled deformation mechanism and parameter optimization of bottle mouth sealing interface in high-pressure type Ⅳ hydrogen storage cylinder under rapid hydrogen fuelling conditions

Abstract
To address the excessive deformation of the sealing interface at the bottle mouth of high pressure type Ⅳ hydrogen storage cylinders during rapid hydrogen fueling,the influence of three operating conditions,fueling flow rate,pressurization method,and precooling temperature,on the deformation of the hydrogen storage cylinder sealing interface was studied.A numerical analysis method coupling fluid solid thermal multiphysics fields was employed,and a trinity verification approach was constructed by combining theoretical derivation results and experimental data.The research results show that regarding fueling flow rate,the maximum flow rate leads to an 85.23%surge in thermal deformation and a 14.58%increase in radial deformation,while contact stress decreases by 6.67%;Regarding pressurization method,the radial deformation under the decrease first then increase method is 6.54%and 12.73%higher than that under linear pressurization and increase first then decrease methods,respectively,with contact stress decreasing by 2.4%(approaching the 70 MPa critical value);Regarding precooling effect,a precooling temperature of 233.15 K can significantly reduce thermal deformation and radial deformation by 85.49%and 34.48%,respectively,while contact stress decreases by 13.79%.The errors between experimental and theoretical analyses are all less than 10%,verifying the reliability of the bottle mouth sealing interface of the hydrogen storage cylinder.The research results can provide a reference for optimizing the hydrogen fueling process of high pressure onboard hydrogen storage cylinders.关键词
