摘要

Abstract

To address the issues of long procurement cycles and high costs caused by long term reliance on imported welding materials for the main weld seams of 12Cr2Mo1V steel hydrotreating reactors,a solution is proposed that involves adopting domestic welding materials and conducting systematic welding tests in accordance with NB/T 47014-2023 Welding procedure qualification for pressure equipments.The results show that the properties of the domestic welded joints,including tensile strength,impact toughness,bending performance,temper embrittlement susceptibility,and high temperature creep resistance,all meet equipment manufacturing requirements,reaching the level of similar imported products,with some data being even better.These welding materials have been successfully applied to the manufacturing of main weld seams in multiple reactors,achieving industrial application.The study provides practical evidence and references for advancing the localization of such high end welding materials,reducing manufacturing costs,and shortening delivery cycles.
