摘要

Abstract

Aconitine is one of the main components in medicinal materials derived from Aconitum species.It exhibits pharmacological activities such as analgesia,anti-inflammatory,and anti-tumor effects,but is also characterized by significant cardiotoxicity and neurotoxicity.Balan-cing its efficacy and toxicity remains a key research focus.This article reviews recent advances in the study of aconitine's pharmacological effects,toxicity,and detoxification techniques,aiming to provide a reference for further research on this compound.
