煅烧牛骨粉制备羟基磷灰石及其对垃圾焚烧飞灰重金属的固化研究
Study on the Preparation of Hydroxyapatite from Calcined Beef Bone Powder and Its Solidification of Heavy Metals in Waste Incineration Fly Ash
摘要
Abstract
This study prepared hydroxyapatite(HAP)by high-temperature calcination of cattle bones and investigated its optimal preparation conditions.The synthesized HAP was characterized using XRD,SEM and AAS,and then applied to solidify heavy metals in waste incineration fly ash.The results showed that the highest yield and best stability of HAP were achieved at a calcination temperature of 400℃ for 3 hours.So-lidification experiments demonstrated the following immobilization efficiencies:66.91%for Cd,61.97%for Cr,68.72%for Cu,67.75%for Ni,and 66.97%for Pb.关键词
