利培酮及认知行为疗法联合治疗精神分裂症患者临床效果研究

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the differences in the effects of risperidone combined with cognitive behavioral therapy(CBT)versus risperidone combined with routine supportive psychotherapy on symptom severity and social functioning in patients with schizophrenia.Methods A total of 120 patients with schizophrenia admitted to Luoyang Fifth People's Hospital from February 2024 to February 2025 were enrolled and randomly assigned using a random number table to a control group(risperidone plus routine supportive psychotherapy)or a study group(risperidone plus CBT).with 60 patients in each group.The treatment duration was 16 weeks.Before and after treatment.changes in symptom control and social functioning were assessed using the Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale(BPRS).the Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale(PANSS).and the Social Function Scale for Inpatients(SSPI).The incidence of adverse reactions during treatment was compared between the two groups.Results The study group achieved a higher overall response rate than the control group.and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment.BPRS and PANSS scores decreased in both groups compared with baseline.and both scores were lower in the study group than in the control group.with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05).After treatment.all SSPI domain scores increased in both groups compared with baseline.and the study group had higher SSPI scores than the control group.with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion Risperidone combined with CBT can significantly improve clinical efficacy in patients with schizophrenia.particularly by enhancing symptom control and improving social functioning.关键词
