我国马产业"走出去"的政策和措施
Policies and Measures Related to the"Going Global"Initiative in China's Horse Industry

Abstract
In recent years,horses have increasingly played a vital role in inheriting ethnic culture,supporting development of pastoral regions,and fostering international communication.A high horse inventory is maintained in China,placing it among the world's top countries,with steady growth in industry output value and significant improvement in purebred breeding and international collaboration,although there are restrictions such as a lack of international certification of breeds,limited export channels and insufficient brand competitiveness.In order to promote the internationalized development of China's horse industry,its status,opportunities and challenges for the"going global"initiative was systematically reviewed.Recommendations were proposed to improve the international competitiveness of the industry through strengthening the policy and technical support systems,leveraging the roles of local authorities and industry associations,and enhancing the level of industrial specialization.The important opportunities presented by the evolving global market landscape should be seized by the industry,to steadily advance the strategic transformation from a"major horse industry country"to a"leading country with horse industry"through integrating resources,enabling with technology and shaping brands,and thereby to construct a new pattern for internationalized development of a modern horse industry with Chinese characteristics.关键词
