Practical Challenges and Systematic Countermeasures in Animal Disease Eradication:A Case Study of Shandong Province
摘要
Abstract
As a key measure to achieve high-quality development of livestock industry and to ensure public health and safety,animal disease eradication was systematically implemented through operational planning,technical support and policy incentives in Shandong province,receiving preliminary success,in spite of some shortcomings found during the process,including insufficient funding,poor technical support system,low level of engagement by stakeholders,inadequate policy coordination,etc..To this end,it was expected to provide insights for further efforts of animal disease eradication across the province through increasing inputs of funds,improving technical capabilities,strengthening awareness improvement and advancing regional collaboration.关键词
