基因编辑技术在家畜抗病育种中的应用
Application of Gene Editing Technologies in Disease Resistance Breeding of Livestock
摘要
Abstract
With the development of modern animal husbandry,the intensive livestock farming improves the efficiency of rearing,but at the meantime increases the risk of transmission of infectious diseases,which has a serious impact on animal husbandry and human health.Traditional drug treatment and breeding methods have limitations in dealing with the diseases,and it is difficult to solve the problem at the root.The development and application of gene editing technologies provides a new strategy for disease resistance breeding of livestock and poultry.This article reviews the development of gene editing technologies and their application in disease resistance breeding of major livestock such as pigs,cattle and sheep,focusing on the application of gene editing technologies in the prevention and control of important infectious diseases such as porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome(PRRS),swine fever(CSF),African swine fever(ASF),bovine mastitis and tuberculosis(bTB).It is expected to provide a reference for the further research and disease resistance breeding in this field.关键词
