Abstract
Based on the panel data of 11 coastal provinces and municipalities(excluding Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan)in China from 2013 to 2022,this paper conducts a comprehensive evaluation of New Quality Productivity Forces and high quality development of the marine economy through the Entropy weight TOPSIS method and the coupling coordination degree model,and obtains the coupling coordination degree level and grade of the two.The results show that during the research period,the development levels of New Quality Productivity Forces and high quality development of the marine economy in China's coastal areas generally showed an increasing trend,but there were significant differences in the development levels and speeds of New Quality Productivity Forces and high quality development of the marine economy among different regions.Similarly,the coupling coordination degree between New Quality Productivity Forces and high quality development of the marine economy in China's coastal areas has been increasing year by year,and the overall situation has shifted from imbalance to coordination.However,the speed of this coupling coordination transformation is relatively slow.There are obvious differences in the development of coupling coordination degree among regions,with the eastern and southern marine economic circles having a better coupling coordination degree than the northern marine economic circle.Based on the above conclusions,relevant countermeasures and suggestions are proposed,such as developing New Quality Productivity Forces in accordance with local conditions to promote the sustainable development of the marine economy,giving full play to the radiation role of developed regions to narrow the regional development gap of the marine economy,strengthening scientific and technological research and development investment to consolidate the foundation of scientific and technological innovation.关键词
