摘要

Abstract

With the continuous improvement of the consumption level of aquatic products by urban and rural residents,the aquaculture industry has also entered a high-quality development stage of creating characteristic brands.Yangzhou City has a well-developed aquaculture industry,the Macrobrachium rosenbergii is one of the most distinctive aquaculture species,in order to further promote the development of local Macrobrachium rosenbergii industry and improve its popularity,Yangzhou City has focused on building the"Gaoyou Big Shrimp"brand for the Macrobrachium rosenbergii industry.This paper summarizes the current situation and effectiveness of"Gaoyou Big Shrimp"brand construction,analyzes the problems existing in the brand construction and development,and proposes countermeasures and suggestions to enhance the brand value of"Gaoyou Big Shrimp"brand,it is hoped to provide inspiration and reference for the construction and development of regional aquatic product brand in Yangzhou City and other areas in the future.
