中药穴位贴敷联合常规西药治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效的Meta分析
Meta-Analysis of the Efficacy of Traditional Chinese Medicine Acupoint Application Combined with Conventional Western Medicine in the Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease Angina Pectoris

Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the clinical therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)acupoint application combined with conventional western medicine in the treatment of patients with coronary heart disease angina pectoris.Methods:Computerized searches were conducted in WanFang Database,CNKI,VIP Data-base,Chinese Biomedical Literature Database(CBM),PubMed,Embase,Cochrane Library and Web of Science databases.The search period was from the inception of each database to May 2024,focusing on randomized controlled trials(RCTs)of TCM acupoint application combined with conventional western medicine for coronary heart disease angina pectoris.A risk assessment tool was used to evaluate the quality of the included studies,and RevMan 5.4 software was employed for meta-analysis.Results:A total of 21 literatures involving 1 800 patients were included.The meta-analysis results showed that compared with conventional western medicine alone,TCM acupoint application combined with conventional western medicine had significant efficacy in improving clinical efficacy[Oβ=3.91,95％CI(2.92,5.24),P＜0.000 01],electrocardiographic efficacy[OR=1.64,95％CI(1.20,2.23),P=0.002],nitroglycerin reduction and withdrawal rate[OR=3.37,95％CI(2.06,5.49),P＜0.000 01],TCM syndrome efficacy[OR=2.38,95％CI(1.29,4.38),P=0.005],reducing angina pectoris attack frequency[SMD=-1.80,95％CI(-2.36,-1.24),P＜0.000 01],angina pectoris attack duration[SMD=-1.97,95％CI(-3.07,-0.86),P＜0.000 5],decreasing total cholesterol[SSMD=-0.61,95％CI(-1.13,-0.08),P=0.02],triglycerides[SMD=-1.30,95％CI(-2.51,-0.10),P=0.03].However,there were no obvious differences in the low-density lipoprotein choles-terol[SMD=-0.52,95％CI(-1.06,0.01),P=0.06]and the high-density lipoprotein[SMD=0.61,95％CI(-0.05,1.26),P=0.07].Conclusion:TCM acupoint application combined with conventional western medicine is more effective than conventional western medicine alone in the treatment of coronary heart disease angina pectoris.关键词
