参附注射液治疗射血分数保留型心力衰竭临床研究
Clinical Observation on Shenfu Injection in the Treatment of Heart Failure with Preserved Ejection Fraction

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Shenfu Injection in patients with heart failure with preserved ejection fraction(HFpEF)(syndrome of deficiency of yang-qi).Methods:A total of 164 patients with HFpEF(syndrome of deficiency of yang-qi)were divided into an observation group and a control group according to the random number table method,with 82 cases in each group.The control group was given standardized west-ern medicine treatment,while the observation group was additionally administered intravenous drip of Shenfu Injec-tion on the basis of standardized western medicine treatment,with a course of 7 days.The primary efficacy indica-tors were the New York Heart Association(NYHA)cardiac function classification and TCM syndrome scores of pa-tients in both groups before and after treatment.The secondary efficacy indicators included Minnesota Living with Heart Failure Questionnaire(MLHFQ)scores,left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),left ventricular end-diastol-ic diameter(LVEDD),N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP),liver and renal function indicators,and the incidence of related adverse events.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Compared with the control group,the observation group showed significant improvement in cardiac function TCM syndrome scores and MLHFQ scores.It also showed sig-nificant increase in LVEF,and cardiac function and significant decrease in NT-proBNP levels,with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05).There were no obvious differences of LVEDD,live and renal function indicators(P＞0.05).No obvious adverse reactions were observed in either group during the treatment(P＞0.05).Conclu-sion:Shenfu Injection combined with western medicine has a significant curative effect on patients with HFpEF(syndrome of deficiency of yang-qi).It can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients,improve their quality of life and NYHA cardiac function classification,increase left ventricular ejection fraction,and has good safety with no obvious adverse reactions.关键词
