282例老年重症肺炎患者证素分布特点的因子分析研究
Factor Analysis of Syndrome Element Distribution Characteristics in 282 Elderly Patients with Severe Pneumonia

Abstract
Objective:To explore the distribution characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome elements in elderly patients with severe pneumonia.Methods:A retrospective study was conducted to collect TCM syndrome elements of 282 elderly patients with severe pneumonia,and descriptive statistics were con-ducted.Factor analysis was used for nonlinear dimensionality reduction to extract the main syndrome elements of disease nature and disease location,which were then summarized and analyzed.Results:A total of 8 common factors were extracted by factor analysis,with a cumulative variance contribution rate of 68.879％.The distribution results of syndrome elements of disease nature showed that the main ones in elderly patients with severe pneumo-nia were phlegm(100.0％),heat(100.0％)and blood stasis(81.9％).The distribution results of syndrome elements of disease location indicated that the primary ones were lung(100.0％),brain(89.7％)and ying phase(81.9％).Conclusion:The most prominent syndrome elements of disease nature in elderly patients with severe pneumonia are phlegm,heat and blood stasis;the major syndrome elements of disease location are lung,brain and ying phase.These results are consistent with the complex pathogenesis of severe pneumonia in the elderly in clinical practice.关键词
