Syndrome Differentiation and Treatment of Viral Pneumonia Based on the Theory of"Xuanfu-Lung Collateral"

Abstract
The concept of Xuanfu was first proposed in Huangdi Neijing,and later supplemented and improved by physicians of successive dynasties,gradually forming a systematic Xuanfu theory,which has been widely applied in the diagnosis and treatment of clinical diseases.Taking the integration of macroscopic syndrome differ-entiation and microscopic structure as the basic starting point,this paper explores the pathogenesis and pathologi-cal evolution of viral pneumonia based on the Xuanfu-Lung collateral theory.It holds that the pathogenesis is char-acterized by blocked Xuanfu function,dysfunction of the spleen and stomach,obstruction of collaterals by phlegm and blood stasis,and loss of mental activity regulation.The therapeutic principles are summarized as unblocking Xuanfu and dredging lung collaterals to restore their unobstructed characteristics,and four therapeutic methods are put forward:dispersing pathogenic factors on the muscle surface,regulating qi movement,removing stagnation,and tonifying deficiency to nourish Xuanfu.This paper discusses the treatment of viral pneumonia based on the Xuan-fu-Lung collateral theory,aiming to provide new ideas for clinical treatment and improve clinical efficacy.关键词
