低浓实验盘磨机恒功率循环磨浆特性研究
Refining Characteristics of Low Consistency Experimental Disc Refiner Operating by Constant-power Cyclic Mode

Abstract
This study was conducted based on a low-consistency experimental disc refiner,utilizing isometric straight-toothed discs with a 10° bar angle to investigate the constant-power cyclic refining characteristics of blenched sulfate eucalyptus pulp under three different refin-ing intensities.Constant-power cyclic refining could be characterized by refining intensity and specific energy consumption,but it required maintaining a constant power output by reducing the disc gap clearance.When the refining intensity was relatively high(e.g.,0.155 N),the paper's tensile index decreased significantly due to the strong fiber cutting action.Conversely,as the refining intensity decreased,the rate of change in the pulp's beating degree with respect to fiber length increased more rapidly,facilitating fiber fibrillation and thereby influenc-ing the paper's physical properties.However,refining time needed to be comprehensively considered.When the refining intensity was 0.053 N,the peak value of the tear index increased,but the specific energy consumption and time required to reach this peak also in-creased,resulting in reduced refining efficiency.Therefore,in low-consistency refining,it was essential to determine reasonable refining intensity values and adjustment methods to balance fiber cutting,fi-brillation,paper physical properties,and energy consumption.关键词
