基于表型性状和SSR标记的红芯薯种质资源遗传多样性分析
Genetic Diversity Analysis of Red-Fleshed Sweet Potato Germplasm Resources Based on Phenotypic Traits and SSR Markers

Abstract
In order to evaluate the genetic diversity of red-fleshed sweet potato(Ipomoea batatas(L.)Lam.)germplasm resources,41 collected and preserved germplasm resources were analyzed based on 19 phenotypic traits and 35 pairs of SSR markers.The results showed that the genetic diversity index of phenotypic traits ranged from 0.115 to 2.039.Among these traits,the ratio of medium-large tuber-sand the yield per 667 m2 exhibited the highest indices.Additionally,the genetic diversity index of quantitative traits is significantly higher than that of qualitative traits.A total of 525 polymorphic alleles were detected by SSR marker analysis.The genetic similarity coefficient ranged from 0.563 8 to 0.859 0,with an average of 0.660 0,indicating that the germplasm resources of red-fleshed sweet po-tato had rich genetic diversity.Both phenotypic trait clustering(with a Euclidean distance of 20)and SSR molecular marker clustering(with a genetic distance of 0.64)were classified into 4 major groups.However,the classification results of the 2 were inconsistent.Phenotypic trait clustering could not be associated with parents or geographical origin,while SSR marker clustering indicated that lines with the same parents tended to cluster into the same group.关键词
