摘要

Abstract

In order to explore the differences and changing patterns of metabolites during the development of annual to four-year-old Polygonatum cyrtonema tubers,non-targeted metabolomics technology was used to compare the types and quantities of metabolites in Polygonatum cyrtonema tubers at different growth stages,and to analyze the differential metabolites and related metabolic pathways.The results showed that 3 880 and 3 634 compounds were identified in the anion and cation modes respectively,including 12 types of compounds such as lipids,organic acids,organic oxides,lipid molecules and organic acids and their derivatives.The Venn chart and list displayed the unique metabolites of each year,while the volcano chart showed an upward and downward trend.KEGG metabolic pathway analysis indicated that the differential metabolites of Polygona-tum cyrtonema tubers at different growth stages were mostly enriched in 17 pathways.Among them,the ABC transporter pathway,galactose metabolism,aminoacyl-tRNA biosynthesis,and phenylpropanoid bio-synthesis had the highest enrichment degrees in 4 pathways,with the largest accumulation of compound quantities and contents from 3 to 4 years old.
