医护一体化模式在急诊血液透析救治中的应用效果及价值评价
Application Effect and Value Evaluation of the Integrated Medical-Nursing Model in Emergency Hemodialysis Treatment

Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect and value of the integrated medical-nursing model in emergency hemodialysis treatment.Methods A total of 60 patients who received emergency hemodialysis treatment in the Hemodialysis Room of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou Medical University from March 2023 to March 2025 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into an observation group(integrated medical-nursing model,n=30)and a control group(conventional hemodialysis care,n=30)using a random number table method.The Kt/V value,electrolyte levels,nutritional status,and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there were no significant differences in Kt/V value,K+,Na+,Ca2+,body mass index,triceps skinfold thickness,or mid-up-per arm circumference between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,both groups showed improvements in Kt/V value,K+,Ca2+,and nutritional indicators.Compared with the control group,the observation group had lower K+levels(P<0.001),and higher Kt/V value(P<0.001),Ca2+levels(P=0.002),body mass index(P=0.018),triceps skinfold thickness(P=0.001),and mid-upper arm circumference(P=0.001).There was no significant difference in Na+levels between the two groups(P=0.656).Compared with the control group,the observation group had higher satisfaction(93.33%vs.73.33%,P=0.038).Conclusion In emergency hemodialysis treatment,the integrated medical-nursing model is beneficial for im-proving patients'Kt/V value,nutritional status,maintaining electrolyte balance,and enhancing nursing satisfaction.关键词
