数智时代产教融合培养乡村工匠的新形态与路径
New Forms and Paths of Cultivating Rural Craftsmen Through the Integration of Industry and Education in the Digital-Intelligent Era
摘要
Abstract
The digital-intelligent era provides more possibilities for the cultivation of rural craftsmen,which can be explored in terms of close integration,weak family ties and weak embodiment.With the integration of industry and education as a platform,this possibility can derive more new forms.The current situation and challenges faced by the cultivation of rural craftsmen require necessary innovations in the industry-education integration model.Through the integration of industry and education and digital means,the skill level and employment competitiveness of rural craftsmen can be effectively improved,and rural revitalization can be promoted.Based on this,by fully leveraging digital technology and building a new form of industry-education integration characterized by the combination of virtual and real,data-driven and wide-area connection,it is possible to break the geographical,resource and market limitations in the cultivation of rural craftsmen,realize the unity of"inheriting craftsmanship"and"innovating",and inject new momentum into rural revitalization.关键词
