Abstract
Through-train cultivation in vocational education is a significant innovation in the construction of the vocational education system with Chinese characteristics,responding to the urgent demand for high-skilled talents from industrial transformation and upgrading.Its generative logical mechanism is rooted in the theoretical adherence to the growth laws of technical and skilled talents,the historical traction of the vocational education policy process,and the long-term practical exploration of colleges and universities in various regions.Through-train cultivation in vocational education has profound value implications in broadening the growth channels of skilled talents,highlighting the type attribute of vocational education,improving the modern vocational education system,and empowering high-quality economic development.As a systematic project,through-train cultivation in vocational education needs to be comprehensively and systematically promoted in terms of top-level system design,coordination of implementing subjects,reform of training models,and improvement of guarantee systems.关键词
