Abstract
The deep integration of artificial intelligence technology with education and teaching puts forward new requirements for the professional capabilities of teachers in vocational colleges.Taking 523 teachers from vocational colleges in Zhejiang Province as the research objects,this paper conducts a questionnaire survey and uses correlation analysis,regression analysis and path analysis to study the relationship among teachers'AI literacy,creative self-efficacy and teaching innovation behaviors.The research shows that teachers'AI literacy has a significant positive predictive effect on teaching innovation behaviors,and creative self-efficacy plays an intermediary role between the two.AI literacy and creative self-efficacy together explain 69%of the variation in teaching innovation behaviors.This finding shows the influence of technical literacy on innovative practice,and provides a theoretical basis and operational path for the teaching innovation of teachers in vocational colleges,that is,to improve teachers'creative self-efficacy through successful experience,peer demonstration,emotional support and other methods,and open up the psychological channel for the transformation of technical literacy into teaching innovation behaviors.The research results have certain reference value for vocational colleges to formulate teacher development policies,build training systems and create an innovative culture.关键词
