摘要
Abstract
Remnant lipoprotein cholesterol(RLP-C)refers to the total cholesterol content within the remnant particles derived from the metabolism of triglyceride-rich lipoproteins.Its role in assessing the residual risk of atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease has garnered increasing attention.Compared to traditional lipid parame-ters,RLP-C may more directly reflect the burden of atherogenic lipoprotein particles.This is particularly rele-vant for individuals who experience cardiovascular events despite achieving the recommended low-density lipo-protein cholesterol target with statin therapy.This review focuses on the metabolic characteristics of RLP-C and its association with atherosclerosis,detection methods for RLP-C,and its application in the risk management of ASCVD,aiming to provide a basis and approach for comprehensive management and precise prevention of AS-CVD.关键词
