血浆醛固酮浓度与老年高血压患者瓣膜关闭不全的相关性分析
Correlation between plasma aldosterone concentration and valvular regurgita-tion in elderly hypertensive patients

Abstract
Objective To investigate the correlation between plasma aldosterone concentration(PAC)and val-vular regurgitation(VR)in the elderly with hypertension.Methods A total of 1 600 elderly patients with hyper-tension were included in our study.Multivariate logistic regression was used to assess the relationship between PAC and total valvular insufficiency,including its subtypes.In addition,restricted cubic splines(RCS)were applied to further explore the potential nonlinear dose-response relationship between PAC and valvular insuffi-ciency.Results Logistic regression analysis indicated that,in Model 1,each 1 ng/dl increase in PAC was asso-ciated with an odds ratio(OR)of 1.10 for total valvular regurgitation(95％CI:1.06-1.15,P＜0.001).This association remained robust after full adjustment in Model 5.Similar results were obtained when PAC was ana-lyzed as a categorical variable,and consistent associations were observed for mitral and tricuspid regurgitation subtypes.Furthermore,the restricted cubic splines(RCS)model revealed a nonlinear dose-response relation-ship.Conclusion This study revealed for the first time that there is a significant association between elevated PAC levels and valvular regurgitation(VR)in hypertensive patients.Further confirmation of this relationship and revealing its underlying mechanisms are needed in the future.关键词
