我国饲料桑在动物生产应用的研究进展
Research Advances in the Utilization of Forage Mulberry for Animal Production
摘要
Abstract
With the research into mulberry trees and their potential value,as well as the growing concern over the competition for food between humans and livestock due to the rapid expansion of animal husbandry,the development and utilization of mulberry leaves as livestock and poul-try feed have garnered increasing attention globally.Mulberry trees exhibit strong adaptability,rapid growth,and high yield,making them suit-able for cultivation across diverse regions.The mulberry leaves are not only nutritionally rich but also contain a variety of bioactive substances.Incorporating a specific proportion of forage mulberry or its extracts into conventional feed can enhance animal growth performance,immunity,and antioxidant capacity,improve intestinal microecology,regulate metabolism,and thereby elevate the quality of livestock and poultry prod-ucts.This article reviews the nutritional value of forage mulberry and the advancements in its application within animal production,aiming to provide a scientific foundation for the rational exploitation and utilization of mulberry leaves and to promote the sustainable and high-quality de-velopment of animal husbandry.关键词
