The Value Implication and Practical Pathways of Incorruptible Culture Empowering the Modernization of Rural Governance
摘要
Abstract
As an important component of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics,incorruptible culture empowers the modernization of ru-ral governance by nurturing cultural sources,shaping cultural values and strengthening institutional norms.However,the current construction of rural incorruptible culture faces practical challenges such as lagging cultural cognition,insufficient resource allocation,and lack of adapta-bility to practical forms.Based on this,efforts should be made to enhance local identity through cultural infiltration,innovate and improve the institutional guarantee system,activate the governance network through subject collaboration,and enhance governance efficiency through digit-al empowerment,etc.,to promote the in-depth integration of incorruptible culture and rural governance,providing cultural support and practi-cal guidelines for achieving modernization of rural governance.关键词
