土壤水分和施肥对木姜叶柯生长与光合特性的影响
Effects of Soil Moisture and Fertilization on the Growth and Photosynthetic Characteristics of Lithocarpus litseifolius(Hance)Chun

Abstract
This study investigated the effects of soil moisture and fertilization on the growth and photosynthetic characteristics of potted Litho-carpus litseifolius(Hance)Chun,aiming to provide theoretical guidance for its cultivation and field management.Five levels of soil moisture were tested:W1(3.3%),W2(3.7%),W3(4.6%),W4(5.7%),and W5(8.0%).Similarly,five fertilization treatments were ap-plied:F1(0 g/pot),F2(40 g/pot),F3(80 g/pot),F4(120 g/pot),and F5(160 g/pot).Growth parameters,including plant height,number of branches,branch length,and stem diameter,were measured.Photosynthetic characteristics were assessed using a Li-6400 portable photosynthesis meter,along with comparisons of chlorophyll content and morphological traits of the plants and leaves.The results indicated that at a soil water content of 8.0%(W5),plant height increased most significantly(15.77 cm),and chlorophyll content(2.4 mg/g)and net photosynthetic rate improved markedly.In contrast,when soil moisture fell below 4.6%(W3),growth rates declined,and the maximum effi-ciency of photosystem II(Fv/Fm)diminished.In terms of fertilization,the application of 40 g/pot(F2)of organic fertilizer significantly en-hanced plant height(23.27 cm)and chlorophyll synthesis(1.48 mg/g);however,a negative effect was observed when the application excee-ded 80 g/pot(F4).This research demonstrated that the response of L.litseifolius to water and fertilizer followed an"inverted U-shaped"curve,with optimal cultivation conditions identified as soil moisture levels between 5.6%and 8%and organic fertilizer application rates of 40 to 80 g/pot.These findings provide a theoretical foundation for the efficient cultivation and management of L.litseifolius.关键词
