实用性村庄规划编制现状问题及应对策略研究
Addressing Challenges in Practical Village Plan Formulation:a Case Study of Wangying Village in Yangxin County,Hubei Province

Abstract
Practical village planning,oriented towards solving real-world problems,enhances villagers'quality of life and promotes sustainable rural development through resident participation and resource optimization.As a core tool for coordinating ecological conservation,cultivated land utilization,industrial layout,and rural construction,it serves as an effective means to advance the rural revitalization strategy.Under this context,cluster-enhanced villages,as key targets for rural development,urgently require practical planning to achieve resource integration and functional upgrades.Taking Wangying Village in Yangxin County as an empirical case study,this research adopts a problem-oriented approach to explore challenges in practical planning for cluster-enhanced villages from three perspectives:planning framework,technical methodologies,and implementation.Key recommendations include:This translation ensures coherence with prior terminology while balancing technical accuracy and readability;(2)Compile dynamic data from a technical perspective and unify the current land use base map;(3)At the planning and implementation level,a sustainable development model featuring government guidance,market operation,and villagers'co-governance has been established.This study provides theoretical and practical references for similar village planning practices.关键词
