Discussion on the pathogenesis and prevention of breast cancer based on the theory of vital qi deficiency and accumulation damage

Abstract
The global incidence of breast cancer has been increasing year by year with a trend toward younger onset,making it the primary malignant tumor threatening women's health.Breast cancer poses persistent challenges for both traditional Chinese and Western medicine research due to its complex pathogenesis.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)pathogenesis theory of"vital qi deficiency and accumulation damage"integrates the fundamental concept of"vital qi deficiency"with the pathological evolution of"phlegm-stasis and toxin accumulation,"providing a systematic theoretical framework for elucidating the pathogenesis of breast cancer.This study traces the classical origins of"vital qi deficiency and accumulation damage"in TCM,and clarifies that"vital qi deficiency"fundamentally stems from spleen-kidney deficiency and qi-blood insufficiency,while"accumulation damage"is characterized by the progressive pathological damage of phlegm-stasis intermingling and internal accumulation of toxic pathogens.It conducts the in-depth analysis of the pathogenic logic that"vital qi deficiency is the root cause,accumulation amage is the consequence,and the two are interwoven,"and explores the dynamic process of"vital qi deficiency and accumulation damage"throughout the occurrence and development of breast cancer,providing theoretical basis and practical ideas for TCM prevention and intervention,treatment based on syndrome differentiation and efficacy optimization of breast cancer.关键词
