基于"肾藏精起亟"探讨糖尿病肾病合并焦虑抑郁状态的病机与治疗
Discussion on the pathogenesis and treatment of diabets nephropathy with anxiety and depression based on renal essence-storing and qi-arousing

Abstract
Diabets nephropathy with anxiety and depression is a psychosomatic condition harming both body and mind.The theory of"renal essence-storing and qi-arousing"emphasizes that kidney essence serves as both the foundation for physical-mental vitality and the essential support for the body's adaptation to external changes.From the perspective of this theory of"renal essence-storing and qi-arousing",the pathogenesis of the disease can be classified into stages:in the early stage,essence is deficiency and collaterals are empties,and there are impairing adaptability and fearful mental disarray.In the middle stage,essence's failure to transform into qi leads to phlegm and blood stasis blocking collaterals,resulting in mental depression and pathogenic entrapment.In the late stage,essence exhaustion triggers turbidity obstruction,yin and yang are disharmony,and cognitive function is deteriorating.Treatment should center on replenishing kidney essence and restoring its vital support function,using a layered approach to harmonize and treat both body and mind,thus establishing a holistic TCM concept for psychosomatic comorbidities.关键词
