Exploration of the method of qi regulation in Jinzhen Fu
摘要
Abstract
Regulating qi through acupuncture,as the core of acupuncture therapy,is not limited to the needling phase but extends throughout the entire acupuncture process.This paper aims to summarize and elucidate the methods of regulating qi from"Jinzhen Fu",systematically outlining the key operational aspects of acupuncture for qi regulation.The methods of regulating qi in"Jinzhen Fu"are creatively divided into four stages for analysis:tracking qi to explore layers,promoting qi to remove stagnation,guiding qi with direction,and connecting qi through meridians.This study contributes to a deeper understanding of the theory of regulating qi in"Jinzhen Fu",guides modern clinical practice,and holds significant implications for enhancing the efficacy of acupuncture and better leveraging its therapeutic advantages.关键词
