从阴火理论探讨肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征的病机及辨治
Exploration on the pathogenesis and treatment based on syndrome differentiation of obese polycystic ovary syndrome from the perspective of yin-fire theory

Abstract
Polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)is one of the common reproductive endocrine diseases among women of childbearing age,with obese PCOS being the most prevalent clinically.Its core characteristics include insulin resistance,obesity,and metabolic disorders.Based on Li Dongyuan's"yin fire"theory,this article posits that the disease locus of obese PCOS lies in the spleen and kidney.The onset of the disease is characterized by spleen deficiency and dampness retention,initial activation of yin fire leading to obesity,phlegm and blood stasis intertwining,yin fire burning the meridians resulting in menstrual disorders,and spleen and kidney deficiency,yin fire floating excessively leading to infertility.The treatment follows the basic principles of invigorating the spleen to remove dampness and reduce weight,promoting blood circulation to dispel fire and regulate menstruation,and tonifying the kidneys to consolidate the foundation and return to the original state,aiming to provide certain theoretical basis and reference ideas for the clinical treatment of obese PCOS with traditional Chinese medicine.关键词
