Jia Mei's treatment of thyroid nodules based on the sanjiao theory
摘要
Abstract
Thyroid nodules fall under the category of"goiter"in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),and their occurrence is closely related to systemic functional dysregulation.Professor Jia Mei believes that the root causes of the disease are emotional stagnation,dietary stagnation,and physical exhaustion,with the core pathogenesis being the obstruction of the"three pathways"(qì pathway,water pathway,and blood pathway)of the sanjiao.Obstruction of the qì pathway leads to qì stagnation,dysfunction of the water pathway results in phlegm turbidity,and blockage of the blood pathway causes blood stasis.Accordingly,the general treatment principle is to"unblock the sanjiao and its three pathways",with Gongjian Decoction as the core foundational formula.This is combined with syndrome differentiation and modification based on the patterns of imbalance and excess of the three pathways,implementing regulation of qì,blood,and water.This forms a systematic TCM diagnosis and treatment approach for thyroid nodules from the perspective of the sanjiao.关键词
