补肾生血方联合糖皮质激素治疗免疫性血小板减少症疗效及对疲劳症状的影响
Therapeutic effect of kidney tonifying and blood generating formula combined with glucocorticoids on immune thrombocytopenia and its impact on fatigue symptoms

Abstract
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of kidney tonifying and blood generating formula combined with glucocorticoids on immune thrombocytopenia and its impact on fatigue symptoms.Methods 64 patients with immune thrombocytopenia were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group according to random number table method,with 32 cases in each group.The control group received prednisone acetate tablets,while the observation group additionally received kidney tonifying and blood generating formula.The Functional Assessment of Chronic Illness Therapy-Fatigue(FACIT-F)scale score,the Multidimensional Fatigue Inventory(MFI)scale score,the bleeding score,the platelet count,the levels of the platelet associated antibody M(PAIgM),the platelet associated antibody A(PAIgA)and the blood biochemical factor indicators[5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT),interleukin(IL)-3,IL-17,interferon γ(IFN-γ)],and the quality of life score before and after treatment in two groups were observed.The total effective rate and adverse reactions of two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the MFI score,bleeding score,quality of life score and the levels of PAIgM,PAIgA,5-HT,IL-17 and IFN-γ in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),while the FACIT-F score,platelet count and IL-3 level were all higher than those in the control group,and the total effective rate of clinical efficacy in the observation group(84.38%,27/32)was higher than that in the control group(59.38%,19/32)(P<0.05).No significant adverse reactions related to treatment were observed in both groups.Conclusion The kidney tonifying and blood generating formula combined with glucocorticoids shows significant effect in the treatment of immune thrombocytopenia.It can improve platelet function,alleviate fatigue symptoms,and enhance the quality of life of patients.The treatment mechanism may be related to the regulation of inflammatory factors and 5-HT expression.关键词
