中医药防治冠心病的蛋白质组学与分子机制的研究进展
Research progress in proteomics and molecular mechanisms of traditional Chinese medicine in preventing and treating coronary heart disease

Abstract
Coronary heart disease(CHD)is one of the leading cardiovascular diseases causing disability and mortality worldwide.Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)possesses unique advantages in the prevention and treatment of CHD through multi-component,multi-target,and holistic regulation approaches,though its molecular mechanisms remain incompletely elucidated.The rapid development of proteomics technology has provided powerful tools for systematically elucidating the molecular mechanisms of TCM in preventing and treating CHD.This review summarizes the advances in the application of proteomic technologies in TCM research,systematically elaborating on the molecular mechanisms by which TCM intervenes in CHD through the regulation of key signaling pathways such as AMP-activated protein kinase(AMPK)/peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor gamma coactivator 1-alpha(PGC-1α),nuclear factor kappa-B(NF-κB),nuclear factor erythroid 2-related factor 2(Nrf2),phosphoinositide 3-kinase(PI3K)/protein kinase B(AKT),and mammalian target of rapamycin(mTOR),with a focus on energy metabolism,oxidative stress and inflammation,cardiomyocyte apoptosis,myocardial fibrosis,and autophagy.Challenges and future development directions of proteomics in TCM modernization research are prospected.关键词
