红松一代种子园半同胞子代遗传变异与优良家系选择
Genetic Variation of Half-Sib Progenies and Selection of Superior Families in the First-Generation Seed Orchard of pinus koraiensis

Abstract
To select superior families and individual trees,45 half-sib families of 20-year-old open-pollinated progenies from the first-generation Pinus koraiensis seed orchard in Yongji County,Jilin Province were used as materials.Growth traits inclu-ding tree height,diameter at breast height(DBH),and individual tree volume were measured,followed by analysis of va-riance(ANOVA)and genetic variation analysis to estimate genetic parameters and breeding values of each trait.The re-sults showed that there were extremely significant differences in tree height,DBH,and individual tree volume among fami-lies(P<0.01),indicating abundant genetic variation in growth traits of the tested families.The phenotypic coefficient of variation(PCV)among families ranged from 14.33%to 52.08%,and the genetic coefficient of variation(GCV)ranged from 6.85%to 27.23%.Individual tree volume exhibited the highest PCV(48.31%)and GCV(17.69%).The family heritability of individual tree volume was as high as 0.517,significantly higher than that of tree height(0.461)and DBH(0.447),suggesting greater potential for genetic improvement.Significant positive correlations were observed among growth traits,with the highest correlation between DBH and individual tree volume(r=0.959).Breeding values of target traits were estimated using the best linear unbiased prediction(BLUP)method,and Duncan's multiple comparison was em-ployed to analyze the significance of phenotypic differences.A total of 9 superior families were selected with significant ge-netic gains in target traits:the genetic gains of tree height,DBH,and individual tree volume were 9.17%,16.96%,and 42.96%,respectively.Additionally,70 superior individual trees were selected from the superior families using the compre-hensive trait evaluation method,with average genetic gains of 7.02%for tree height,15.47%for DBH,and 38.18%for in-dividual tree volume.关键词
