Abstract
The science and technology industrial park is an important carrier of high-tech industries,and its spatial planning needs to both take into account the production and R&D needs of enterprises,and support the flow of innovative resources,the transformation of technological achievements and the gathering of talents.At present,the science and technology industrial parks are faced with problems such as single functional layout,lack of collaborative and innovative service platforms,and lack of flexibility and adaptability in spatial planning.To this end,this paper proposes strategies such as functional zoning and layout,flexibility and adaptability,green and sustainable development,transportation and logistics organization,innovation and industrial chain collaboration,international development,and spatial resource utilization efficiency.Through scientific and reasonable spatial planning,science and technology industrial parks can optimize the flow of innovative factors,improve resource utilization efficiency,promote industrial agglomeration effects and the extension of innovation chains,and achieve sustainable development.关键词
