摘要
Abstract
With the ongoing advancement of Zhoushan's"Hello,Little Islands"common prosperity initiative, revitalizing marginalized villages has become a crucial support for the comprehensive enhancement of rural island tourism quality.Taking Sannong Village on Qushan Island as a case for study, this paper explores the systematic approaches for the renovation and functional regeneration of idle buildings.Through field surveys,GIS spatial analysis, and case comparisons, the paper identifies four renovation directions:public services, cultural exhibition, tourism support, and characteristic homestays. The idle buildings in the central area have been transformed into functional spaces such as a village bookstore,a local history museum, and a café.The results demonstrate that the renovation model based on the principles of"targeted positioning, preservation of local character, and functional integration"effectively facilitates the synergistic development of idle resource revitalization, enhanced community cohesion, and improved tourism service capacity. This paper provides a reference for the sustainable development of similar island villages.关键词
