Abstract
With the rapid development of the e-commerce industry,consumer behavior patterns have undergone structural changes,posing severe challenges to the operational models of the traditional offline physical commerce.Based on the practice of Shanghai LIVAT Shopping Center project,this paper conducts an in-depth analysis on the dynamic adjustment of market positioning,the efficiency improvement of traffic flow,symbiotic strategies for fire prevention safety regulations and commercial experience,as well as the construction of a data ecosystem for post operation from four dimensions:commercial positioning,traffic flow,fire prevention design,and operational system.The project practice demonstrates that establishing synergistic coupling among these four dimensions enables physical commercial projects to effectively shape their differentiated competitive advantages and achieve sustainable operation.关键词
