中医适宜技术对痔疮术后疼痛改善效果的网状Meta分析
Effect of traditional Chinese medicine appropriate techniques in improving pain after hemorrhoid surgery:A network meta-analysis

Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine appropriate techniques in improving pain after hemorrhoid(HD)surgery based on a network meta-analysis.Methods:CNKI,Wanfang Data,VIP,SinoMed,Pu-bMed,Web of Science,the Cochrane Library,and Embase were searched for randomized controlled trials(RCTs)on traditional Chinese medicine appropriate technology for intervention of pain after HD surgery published up to March 30,2024.RevMan 5.4 was used for quality assessment,and Stata 16.0 was used for data analysis.Results:A total of 28 RCTs were included,involving 14 treatment measures and 2 630 patients.The meta-analysis showed that compared with conventional Western medicine treatment,transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation(mean difference[MD]=1.67,95％con-fidence interval[CI]:0.86-2.49),combined acupuncture therapy(MD=1.40,95％CI:0.49-2.31),traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing(MD=0.92,95％CI:0.18-1.66)had a better effect in improving Visual Analogue Scale score for pain after HD surgery,among which transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation might be the best inter-ventional measure.Conclusion:Among various traditional Chinese medicine appropriate techniques,transcutaneous elec-trical acupoint stimulation may become a better option for analgesia after HD surgery in clinical practice,but more studies are needed for further validation.关键词
