Progress on Animal Gut Microbes Based on 16S rRNA Sequencing
摘要
Abstract
Animal gut microbes have a large species abundance,complex community structure and growth habits,and play a good role in regulating animal immune function,which makes the study of animal gut mi-crobes difficult and hot.Traditional morphological and biochemical identification methods have been unable to meet the needs of bacterial identification,and nucleotide sequencing method has been gradually accepted by researchers.Based on the preliminary morphological identification,16S rRNA high-throughput sequen-cing method is used to further identify bacterial genes,which can accurately determine and analyze bacterial species.In this paper,the application of 16S rRNA high-throughput sequencing method in the study of ani-mal gut microbes was reviewed,aiming to provide theoretical basis for further study of animal gut mi-crobes.关键词
