职业噪声暴露人群多频段CE-Chirp ABR与纯音气导听阈相关性特征分析
Analysis of correlation characteristics between multifrequency CE-Chirp ABR and pure-tone air conduction thresholds in the occupational noise-exposed population

Abstract
OBJECTIVE To investigate the correlation between auditory brainstem response(ABR)evoked by the synchronous nerve stimulation patented sound(CE-Chirp)and pure-tone audiometry(PTA).METHODS A total of 100 subjects(200 ears)from a hospital in Hangzhou in 2024 underwent both CE-Chirp ABR and pure-tone audiometry.Participants were grouped according to the weighted speech-frequency hearing thresholds and aged as specified in the《Diagnosis of Occupational Noise-Induced Deafness(GBZ 49-2014)》.The correlation between the two tests was assessed,and a linear regression model was established.RESULTS No significant differences in Wave-V response thresholds and PTA were found among groups of different hearing levels,age,or sex(P>0.05).Within the 0.5-6.0 kHz range,Wave-V response thresholds showed a positive correlation with PTA(r=0.200-0.660,P<0.05),with the strongest correlation observed at 2.0-4.0 kHz(r=0.660).Linear regression indicated a quantitative relationship between the two(R²=0.299-0.819,P<0.05),with the best fit also at 2.0-4.0 kHz(R²=0.819).CONCLUSION CE-Chirp ABR V-wave response thresholds strongly correlate with PTA at 2.0-4.0 kHz,supporting its use as an objective diagnostic tool for ONIHL,particularly in cases with unreliable behavioral audiometric results.关键词
